Mums and Bubs

The Mums and Bubs class is a physio-led exercise class where babies in prams are welcome to come and watch mummy exercise. This class includes an assessment for abdominal separations after pregnancy and tailored physiotherapist instruction on strengthening the abdominal muscles and pelvic floor after childbirth. Pelvic floor strengthening, cardio, core, posture and strength training are all addressed in this class.

Bring: A mat, water bottle, hat and toys for your baby as needed.
