Zoe Brown is a university trained dance teacher and a Yoga Practitioner with extensive experience guiding people within their yoga practice. After working as a professional dancer in London for Internationally acclaimed CandoCo Dance Company and using Ashtanga Yoga as a fundamental part of her training she returned to Australia to train and teach at Tiaki Pilates and Yoga Studio, recently rebranded as Quro Health Studios.
Zoe studied Pilates over 12 years ago before everyone else knew that it was the best thing since sliced bread! She’s an experienced Pilates mat instructor and Pilates Reformer instructor. Zoe is also a certified Booty Barre instructor.
Zoe has been leading participants in a 60min open level Ashtanga based yoga class including a focus on Pranayama (breathing exercises), simple flowing sequences, postural alignment & relaxation. Zoe has instructed Pilates and yoga to a wide variety of people including sports professionals, pregnant women, Mums & bubs and everyone else in between.
Zoe is a certified Pilates mat instructor and certified Pilates Reformer instructor for BBPilates.
