Kriena is a trained dancer who studies Physical Theatre and Acrobalance at University. She has also studied jazz, ballet and contemporary dance. Kriena is a trained Ki Yoga instructor. Ki yoga is a restorative yoga based on the treatment of the body’s meridians.
Kriena is a trained Pilates mat instructor. Kriena love seeing people transform and connect their minds and bodies through Pilates and feels passionate about teaching patients tools to have a strong body to benefit them at all ages. Kriena’s philosophy is that Pilates and yoga practice for life will create core body strength at all ages. Kriena says that she “Loves finding the joy in exercise and awakening the body”.
Kriena is a mother of 3 who practiced Pilates throughout her pregnancies. She now carries her knowledge of exercise during pregnancy and beyond to BB Pilates.
