Denise graduated from Sydney University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy. She has worked as a physiotherapist in both public and private settings, treating a variety of musculoskeletal problems and teaching exercise classes and pre-natal education. She has developed a keen interest and expertise in the area of women’s health, and especially enjoys working with women during pregnancy and beyond. She has a holistic approach to treatment and believes in educating women to understand their bodies in order to restore normal biomechanical movement and strength.

During her own pregnancies, Denise experienced the amazing benefits of core strengthening and Pilates exercise and incorporates these disciplines into her treatment. As well as physiotherapy, Denise is passionate about running (preferably by the beach), reading, cooking, church, friends and enjoying the outdoors with her husband and 3 energetic children.
